KITTY LITTER THOUGHTS

I came across this and thought I would share it because it is the month of February, which means for some of us it is a Candy Month (my favorite) !

DIET TIPS

1. If nobody sees you eat it, it has no calories.

2. If you drink a diet soda with a candy bar they will cancel each other out.

3. Calories don't count if you eat with someone and you both eat the same amount.

4. Food taken for medicinal purposes does not count, this includes toast, hot chocolate, brandy and Sara Lee chocolate cake.

5. If you fatten up everyone around you, you'll look thinner.

6. Snacks consumed at a movie do not count as they are part of the entertainment. For example: Milk Duds, Popcorn with butter, Red licorice, and M & M's.

7. Pieces of cookie contains no calories. The process of breaking causes a calorie leakage.

8. Late-night snacks have no calories. The refrigerator light is not strong enough for the calories to see their way in the calorie counter.

Now of course there are many more but these just a few... so have some chocolate. Until next month Mystics,,, This was my Kitty Litter Thought

Computers D.Y.K

The bigger the main storage capacity the more often it should be defragmented. Defragmentation should generally be done about once a month. This will keep the computer running a little faster by creating less time to seek the file it is looking for. If you ever have questions or need help I will do my best to be of service.  s1vrbllt63@sbcglobal.net

Have a great month of tours!

GUESS THE HOST

This month’s host was born and raised in Illinois, where she currently lives. She has three siblings. She credits her mother, children, and significant other with keeping her going. This host named one of her children after a famous 70’s musical hit. She is currently pursuing her degree in psychology. For years she has had the nickname Lee. Enjoying shows on forensics and mobster movies, this host loves John Cusack and Robert DeNiro.  She credits Say Anything and Goodfellas as her favorite movies. For the past 10 years this host has painted her nails only one color, black. Currently they are chipped and need a new paint job. She has a clover tattoo and is integrating Star Wars into her upcoming wedding. This host’s favorite quote is “I feel sorry for people who don’t drink. They wake up and that is the best they will feel all day,” by Dean Martin. The final little tidbit on this host is her Myyearbook page has a Hannah Montana song on it.

This month’s player is married with two children. Her oldest is 18 and the youngest is 5. She recently moved to the small town of Wright, Wyoming due to her husbands job. Her free time is spent by playing on Pogo or just spending time with her youngest daughter. The oldest daughter did not move to Wyoming with the family. This player has a tattoo of a pouting Tinkerbell with a ladybug on her left calf. This tattoo symbolizes her daughters. 80’s music is the genre of choice for this player, and she cites Pretty Woman and Top Gun as her favorite movies. Valentines Day Treat and Gift Idea from LCD
Valentine's Day is the day we are supposed to show each other and remind each other of our love for one another. This is a cute little idea that could be very sweet and very romantic and costs next to nothing except your time spent making it!

Empty a box of chocolates. Then cut out 50 to 100 hearts from lace doilies, construction paper or fabric. On each cutout record something about him/her that you love. Be specific, "The way you smell when you come to bed at night," "The way you take care of me when I'm sick," "Your recipe for pancakes"...

Fold the cutouts, place them in the chocolate box, and top with a red satin bow.

The time you spend coming up with these ideas will contribute to your own romantic mood, and what he/she thinks is a plain box of chocolates will be a gift they will keep close to their heart forever.  You can add to the box on Valentine's Day, his birthday, your anniversary, and other holidays throughout the year.

Cupid’s Pillow Cookies

Ingredients:

Package puff pastry sheet, thawed (1 sheet)
1 Egg White
¾ Cup Good Quality Chocolate Chunk
1 (8oz) container of Raspberries
½ Cup confectioners sugar

Directions

1. Roll a single puff pastry sheet into about a 16" square.

2. Brush pastry lightly with egg white.

3. Cut pastry sheet into sixteen 4"x4" squares.

4. Place about 1 teaspoon chocolate and one raspberry in center of each square. (I put a piece of chocolate inside the raspberry too).

5. Fold to form a triangle and press firmly on both edges with a fork or pastry crimper to seal.

6. Prick the center of the pastry with a fork.

7. Repeat until all are completed; put filled pastries onto large un-greased sheets. Freeze 30 minimum minutes.

8. Pastries can be fully frozen individually at this point and sealed in a heavy-duty bag for later use.

9. Preheat oven to 375°F.

10. Bake 17 minute or until puffed and golden.

11. Toss in confectioners sugar and let cool or the inside will burn your mouth! They taste better when cooled to just above room temperature
